 GIVE CLIENTS ACCESS

Sometimes parents might want time to browse iDecide on their own time. To give them access, share this link where they can set up a profile to unlock the tool.

  • You may link specific topics within your website or discharge instructions, however, parents MUST sign up with this link first or they won’t be able to get in.

case studies

CASE STUDY - Post-Date

Your client is 40 weeks. At their biophysical profile, you discuss how things are shaping up and if they haven’t had their baby by 42 weeks it could be time to start discussing induction methods. You share the Induction Link with them to read on their own time at home and encourage them to ask questions at their next prenatal.

CASE STUDY - Pitocin

Your client’s labor has stalled despite trying positions, hydration, rest, etc. You think pitocin might be a good option to move things along. On a tablet or on the client’s personal device, share the Pitocin topic with them and promise to be back to discuss their options and answer more questions in a half hour.

CASE STUDY - Discharge

Your client is ready to go home from the hospital. You want to make sure that they understand any warning signs and when to come back in for care. With their discharge instructions, help them get set up with an access account using the “Give Clients Access” link above. Then, show them where the postpartum topics are within the iDecide dashboard. Explain to them how to get in touch with your team if they’re having any complications.
